Project overview
We’ve been working with Seymour Hotels – a leading hotel chain in Jersey – for many years. This latest, cutting edge version of their site was developed with the Group’s key goals in mind – the way guests access information and interact with the hotels online.

The solution
We wanted to design the site so that guests could quickly
and easily access key information as soon as they logged
on. Now on the home page, users can click straight through
to booking and availability information and use the
‘call me back’ facility. Details on travelling
to Jersey come up via a simple, effective Flash. Also
on the front page is an email capture facility to help
Seymour build its database as well as a promotional
area where the Group can promote and sell some of its
other business interests. Staff are able to regularly
update the latest special offers and Special Interest
Breaks on the site.

The results
Commenting on the new
website, Robert Mackenzie, Marketing Manager for Seymour
Hotels, said: “A great deal of thought has gone
into the layout of our website and we have been constantly
making additions and changes to improve services we
are offering to our customers online. E-scape has been
a vital part of this process, working closely with us
to produce some great layout ideas and high quality
design. Perhaps that’s why we are seeing consistent
growth through what is becoming a very important customer
acquisition channel for Seymour Hotels.”
