FLASH DEVELOPER
We are seeking a Flash Developer to help us deliver rich media experiences. You will work closely with our project management team including creative members such as designers and copywriters. You will balance technical requirements with creatives needs.

Responsibilities:
- Developing Flash pieces that balance creative and technical excellence
- Collaborating with team members to implement the best use of Flash
- Working closely with designers to ensure that creative intent and results are achieved at the highest level
- Working closely with Web developers to ensure technical integration and the meeting of requirements
- Working closely with Flash designers and animators on Flash projects ensuring peer-to-peer sharing of knowledge and practices
- Maintaining high coding standards and practices and exercising quality control on all aspects of
Flash development
- Implementing innovative Flash techniques and features
- Problem-solving in scripting, performance and optimization of Flash projects

Required Skills:
- At least 2-3 years' experience as a Flash developer in an agency / commerical environment
- The ability to build object models based on project specification
- Expertise in Flash development methodologies (i.e. ActionScript, Object Oriented Programming, component implementation, etc.) and quality assurance
- Design & Flash animation knowledge
- Knowledge of industry standard tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Web technology knowledge (i.e. XHTML, .NET / ASP, MS SQL - PHP & MYSQL a bonus)
- Ability to communicate Flash's technical and creative prowess
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse demands
- Proven aptitude for quick creative and technical thinking with acute attention to detail within
demanding deadlines
- A strong team player who will develop team relations that foster both learning and excellence
