COMMUNICATIONS
MANAGER
You’ll need to understand about writing copy for an online audience and have a successful marketing background. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and lead designers to conceive and create concepts for interactive marketing media including website content, banner campaigns and direct emails.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Creative Director, your responsibilities
will include the following:
- Possess a clear understanding of the E-scape proposition,
philosophy and workflow process, and be a leading contributor
to the company's development
- Working with the E-scape management to schedule tasks and responsibilities within each project and attend regular management meetings
- Taking ownership and development of E-scape's external / internal communications by writing clear, persuasive and original copy across various multimedia platforms
- Participate in business development, proposals and pitches
- Working in a close-knit creative partnership with the Creative Director to generate workable concepts and ideas for e-campaigns and other multimedia platforms
- Working with the Business Development Director to produce corporate literature to be used throughout the sales process – upsell, crossell and acquisition of new business – across multiple market sectors
- Lead brainstorm sessions and identify ideas with the highest probability of success
- To actively sit on the senior sales team: a member of the customer facing team – fulfilling the role of Communications Manager by actively seeking revenue streams from existing/potential customers
- Take an active role in thinking about the client's business, brand, and marketing objectives
- To work closely with the Business Development Director: utilising your expertise to ensure that all correspondence upholds the E-scape philosophy
- Hire/Contact freelance Copywriters when needed

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in English, journalism, communications or a related field
- At least 2-3 years' experience as a copywriter in an
agency / commerical environment
(including experience with interactive media)
- A keen enthusiasm for Web trends and technologies
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles
- The ability to write in a range of voices and styles
- Experience with brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
