The Role

E-scape is expanding its web development team and has space for 2 more enthusiasts.

We are looking for a skilled graduate who is new to the industry, or a more experienced developer with 2-3 years experience under their belt and who is looking for a new challenge.

The role involves some challenging work extending and supporting frontline CMS deployments for major financial institutions and getting the most out of existing systems along with working closely with our clients to migrate to newer systems. 

Predominantly the skill-set required is ASP.NET, with some work being performed in PHP and Java/Javascript. There will also be some CSS production work required to integrate work from the production team.

The Candidate

We will endeavour to tailor the role to the particular skills of the successful candidate. Junior candidates will be offered internal training from our highly experienced team, whilst a more experienced candidate will be expected to take a more responsible position assisting in the development of the team’s core skills.

Candidates must show a higher than normal interest in web technology and development and must be willing to go the extra mile to achieve their assigned goals and deadlines. Enthusiasm in the extreme is a must.

The successful candidate must also be a confident and accomplished communicator able to fit in with our highly active and integrated team and work processes.

Digital Marketing Executive

In the past year E-scape's digital marketing team has grown exponentially and we are now looking for additional talent to drive this growth forward.

This role would suit someone with a real interest in online marketing and the digital communications environment.  The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Digital Campaign Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with the following:

• a demonstratable understanding of Google Analytics, Google AdWords and SEO
• an up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing technologies
• a basic knowledge of HTML
• a sound commercial awareness
• advanced Excel skills
• 2+ years work experience, ideally in a marketing role
• proven relationship building skills - both an internal team player and building rapport with clients
• strong organisational and project management skills

Responsibilities

• PPC/SEO campaign management and planning
• Social media - management and copywriting
• Analysis - evaluate all marketing activity & maintain ROI reporting and budget spreadsheets

This role comes with the opportinity to work in a growing and successful digital services agency in Jersey, receiving training where necessary.

5 year Jersey residency is essential.
